My Career Update :(:

My heart is very heavy today… This was my last day working with Madhappy + The Local Optimist 🥹

The last year and a half of working with Madhappy has been the most amazing journey and has brought me so much joy. I feel incredibly grateful to have been part of a brand that is doing so much good in the world and changing lives for the better.

When I started working for Madhappy, I had been attracted to the brand for a while –the clothes, the vibe, the mission, and of course, The Local Optimist. With my passion for purpose, fashion and mental health, it was practically my dream job and I’m so appreciative to have had this experience. I’ve learned and grown so much and I owe a huge piece of that to the amazing team at Madhappy. Mh and TLO will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart ❤️.

Saying goodbye is so hard, but I am also excited about what’s to come. Bittersweet is the perfect word to describe it :(:

It’s always been a top priority of mine to have a “why” and a purpose in the work that I do. To be able to say that I am authentically living out this goal means everything to me and I am so grateful for the opportunities that have allowed me to do just that.

I’m excited to share that I will be joining @GamutManagement, a talent management + consulting company exclusively for people with disabilities. I’m looking forward to helping GAMUT continue to rebrand the way people with disabilities are viewed, marketed to, and represented in pop culture.

Thank you @madhappy, @localoptimist, and the incredible Mh + TLO team for all of the lessons, inspiration, support, and wisdom. I will always be cheering you on ☮︎

Here’s to the next chapter <3
