MY RECENT FEELINGS, LEARNINGS, AND REALIZATIONS

I wanted to share a couple of things I'm currently feeling, learning, and realizing💚:

I can touch people without actually touching them. I've been distanced from my friends for so long, yet I feel connected to some of them more than ever.

I used to feel the fear and run (and I mean RUN), but now I've started to feel fear and do it anyway, and it's so much better that way.

Not being in school anymore has removed a lot of drama from my life. I'm learning that staying away from drama and gossip is one of the best things that I can ever do for myself.

Harboring resentment or jealously hurts EVERYONE, not just myself.

I have a lot more control over my mind and my thoughts than I think I do.

Things I'm working on:

🌀Accepting that there are people who just aren't going to like me, and that's okay

☮️Making peace with my past

🦋Controlling my reaction to things sent to disturb my peace

💜Speaking about myself, especially my body, in a kinder way
