Journaling Through my Travel Anxiety


I’m going away for 10 days on Saturday, and I’m starting to feel hella anxious about it (happens to me every time I go away, unfortunately)
I decided to journal through it, and it completely shifted the way I was viewing my trip. I wanted to share it just in case you might experience anxiety around traveling.

If my worries/solutions don’t exactly resonate with you, I also suggest trying this “worry” and “solution” journaling method, bc man, I feel so much better.
